Middle Housing

We are currently working on a middle housing development in north Eugene. The first stage of the build will include two duplexes at the street. These duplexes will be divided as middle housing so that each unit in the duplexes can be sold separately. Each unit is 3 bed/2 bath and includes a master bedroom suite with its own bathroom.
